Lead Nursery
We are seeking a lead teacher who is an expert in early childhood development and the Montessori philosophy to create a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Montessori Teaching Certification is required.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Lead Teacher or Classroom Teacher in a Nursery, Preschool, or Kindergarten setting.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Strong understanding of child development, early childhood education, and Montessori principles.
Excellent classroom management, leadership, and communication skills.
Passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and child-centered learning environment.
Committed to integrating sustainability concepts into daily learning experiences.
Able to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the school community.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of Montessori and sustainability-based learning programs for Nursery students.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Supervise and mentor Assistant Teachers to ensure effective classroom management and high-quality learning experiences.
Observe, assess, and document children's learning progress and developmental milestones.
Foster children's independence, curiosity, creativity, and confidence through engaging learning activities.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
Ensure the classroom is well-organized, safe, and aligned with Montessori standards.
Collaborate with the school leadership team to support curriculum development, school events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
