We nurture independence, creativity, and a love of learning while helping children develop an awareness of environmental responsibility and sustainable living.

Lead Nursery

We are seeking a lead teacher who is an expert in early childhood development and the Montessori philosophy to create a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Montessori Teaching Certification is required.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Lead Teacher or Classroom Teacher in a Nursery, Preschool, or Kindergarten setting.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong understanding of child development, early childhood education, and Montessori principles.

• Excellent classroom management, leadership, and communication skills.

• Passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and child-centered learning environment.

• Committed to integrating sustainability concepts into daily learning experiences.

• Able to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the school community.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of Montessori and sustainability-based learning programs for Nursery students.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

• Supervise and mentor Assistant Teachers to ensure effective classroom management and high-quality learning experiences.

• Observe, assess, and document children's learning progress and developmental milestones.

• Foster children's independence, curiosity, creativity, and confidence through engaging learning activities.

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.

• Ensure the classroom is well-organized, safe, and aligned with Montessori standards.

• Collaborate with the school leadership team to support curriculum development, school events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
