Job Purpose:
He or She will be responsible for driving the company's overseas expansion by identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and growing international revenue. This role will lead market entry initiatives, manage distributor relationships, and ensure the successful execution of commercial and brand strategies across international markets.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, Global Trade, or Regional Business Management.
Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial acumen.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute international business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Identify and prioritize high-potential markets based on market size, consumer demand, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard distributors, importers, retailers, and strategic business partners.
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing structures, annual targets, marketing investments, exclusivity agreements, and partnership terms.
Monitor brand consistency and ensure alignment with global brand positioning.
Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial and marketing investments across markets.
Work closely with Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to support international business objectives.
Ensure product registration, export documentation, inventory planning, and logistics requirements are fulfilled for each market.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for distributors and international markets.
Prepare regular business reviews, market performance reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
