ENGLISH TUTOR (Full-Time)
About Us :
Eye Level is a global learning center specializing in Math and English enrichment for children. Through individualized learning, we help students build confidence, critical thinking, and a strong academic foundation.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (S1) in English Literature, English Education, or a related field.
An English proficiency certificate (minimum C1 level) is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Enthusiastic about teaching children aged 4-15.
Good communication, teaching, and time management skills.
Honest, disciplined, creative, organized, and tech-savvy.
Teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
Willing to work on-site in West Surabaya (Citraland).
Responsibilities :
Teach English to children aged 4–15.
Provide quality academic coaching in a small-group setting in accordance with Eye Level's philosophy, teaching methods, curriculum, and individual progress plans.
Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.
Motivate and encourage students to achieve their full potential.
Assess student performance and maintain individual progress reports.
