Position: Video Editor & Social Media Specialist
Location: Remote | Full-Time
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Editor & Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence through engaging content, consistent branding, and strategic social media management.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional content
- Add captions, transitions, graphics, music, and effects to improve engagement
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different platforms
- Create eye-catching thumbnails and cover images
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Research trends, hashtags, and content opportunities
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop content ideas that drive engagement, reach, and lead generation
- Assist with social media campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and social media management
- Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement
- Excellent design sense and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools
- Knowledge of content marketing and brand building
- Basic understanding of analytics and social media reporting
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
