Custom Clearance & Logistic Executive

Qualifications:

• Minimal Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance, export-import operations, or related logistics field.
• Proficient in using Customs-Excise Information System and Automation (CEISA).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade procedures.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Job description:

• Prepare, review, and process export-import documents such as PIB/PEB, Certificate of Origin (COO), Packing List, Bill of Lading, and other supporting documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Experience in food import is an advantage.
• Familiar with the import regulatory conditions of various customs codes, and the calculation of various taxes such as BM & PPN & PPH.
• Proficiency in customs and tax information systems as well as automation systems (CEISA) is highly preferred.
• Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, related government agencies, and PPJK (Customs Brokerage/Forwarding agents) to ensure smooth clearance process.
• Handle licensing and regulatory compliance through INSW, NIB, and OSS systems related to export-import activities.
• Prepare periodic export-import activity reports and ensure proper documentation filing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and internal company policies.
