Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista, with at least 1-2 years
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
