Mandarin Staff

Key responsibilities

• Translate and interpret between Mandarin for various business communications, including emails, contracts, and presentations

• Assist with the coordination of Mandarin-related business activities, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing Mandarin-language documents

• Support the administrative functions of the office, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks

• Contribute to the development and implementation of Mandarin-language resources and procedures to improve efficiency and communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and the achievement of company objectives

What we're looking for

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

• Open to fresh graduate students from the Mandarin Major

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders

• Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Willing to be placed in Kab. Grobogan/Jepara, Central Java
