Engineering Electronic (BMS)

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the design, construction management, commissioning, and technical support of building ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems.

• Responsible for the design, integration, and on-site commissioning of BMS (Building Management Systems).

• Familiar with and responsible for the implementation and management of the following systems:
  - Fire Alarm Systems (including smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, modules, etc.)
  - Video Surveillance Systems (CCTV),
  - Access Control and Time & Attendance Systems
  - Public Address/Background Music Systems (PA/BGM)
  - IP Telephone Systems
  - IPTV Systems
  - Wireless Networks (WiFi) and Wireless Controller Management
  - Structured Cabling Systems
  - Network Switch, Router, and TCP/IP Network Configuration
  - Fiber Optic Communication Systems

• Coordinate with PLC, SCADA, HVAC, and electrical disciplines to complete BMS system integration.

• Prepare technical proposals, construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), as-built documentation, and commissioning reports.

• Responsible for on-site installation guidance, system testing, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.

• Conduct technical liaison with clients, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project implementation.

Job Requirements :

• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field (prior experience handling Building Management Systems (BMS) for high-rise buildings, factories, or commercial facilities is preferred).

• Possesses strong troubleshooting and analytical skills and is detail-oriented.

• Must be fluent in English
