About the role
As Crew F&B at Ronde Raden, you will assist with service operations and kitchen duties. The work is flexible according to operational needs, involving both front-of-house service and back-of-house kitchen support.
Key responsibilities
Serve customers in a friendly and responsive manner
Record, prepare, and deliver orders
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of customer areas
Assist with opening and closing operations
Prepare food ingredients before service
Help with preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients
Assist with basic cooking processes according to recipes and SOPs
Help with plating and food presentation
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
About you
Willing to work and learn, able to follow recipes, SOPs, and instructions
Diligent, clean, efficient, disciplined, and responsible
Able to work collaboratively in a team
Willing to work 6 days per week
Ready to start work at 05:30 AM
Basic cooking ability is a plus
F&B industry experience is a plus but not required
