Responsibilities
Design engaging Instagram carousels that align with our brand guidelines.
Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels) with strong storytelling and pacing.
Stay up to date with current news, trends, and relevant topics.
Work closely with the content team to transform ideas into visually compelling content.
Use AI tools such as Claude to streamline research and the creative process.
Ensure every piece of content is optimized for engagement and audience retention.
Requirements
Strong portfolio in social media design (Instagram Carousels & Reels).
Understand what makes content perform, including hooks, retention, and audience engagement.
Up-to-date with current events, especially in business, finance, technology, and politics.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
Comfortable using AI tools (especially Claude) to improve productivity.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points
- Interest or knowledge in finance, investing, economics, or politics.
- Experience working with media companies or content creators.
- Basic motion graphics and video editing skills.
