Senior Manager OTC / AR - MNC Logistics

The successful candidate will oversee the full OTC cycle, strengthen collection processes, improve cash flow, and ensure timely and accurate receivables management. This position will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and regional stakeholders to drive process improvement and operational excellence.

Our client, a leading multinational company in the logistics industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager OTC / AR to lead its Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable operations in Indonesia.

Description

• Lead end-to-end OTC and Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, collection, cash application, credit control, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor ageing, overdue accounts, DSO, collection performance, and cash flow.
• Develop and implement effective credit policies and collection strategies.
• Manage customer credit assessments, credit limits, and risk exposure.
• Resolve complex billing and payment disputes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation across OTC activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AR/OTC team.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to local and regional management.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of working experience with relevant experience in OTC and AR
• Proven managerial experience leading an AR or OTC team.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or another high-volume service industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
