About the role
CarCirus is seeking a proactive, self-motivated Remote Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our long-term vehicle rental and automotive service operations.
Operating entirely remotely, you will manage digital marketing campaigns, convert inbound phone and web leads into active rentals and service bookings, and execute outbound digital outreach to secure commercial fleet clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Local Lead Generation
Campaign Management: Build, monitor, and optimize targeted Google Ads, Meta Ads, and localized SEO efforts driving traffic to CarCirus.com and our West Sacramento and Concord locations.
Reputation & Listings: Oversee and update Google Business Profiles, maintain local directory listings, and manage online reviews across major review platforms.
Content & Messaging: Develop promotional graphics, email newsletters, and digital campaign copy for long-term rental offers and auto repair packages.
2. Remote Sales & Lead Conversion
Inbound Closing: Handle incoming web forms, emails, live chats, and phone inquiries to convert prospects into long-term rental clients or shop appointments.
CRM Management: Track all inbound leads, log customer communications, and execute follow-up sequences to maximize lead-to-sale conversion rates.
Consultative Sales: Educate clients on rental terms, auto care options, pricing, and agreement details over phone and video calls.
3. Remote B2B Business Development
Digital Outreach: Identify and contact local businesses, corporate fleets, and rideshare networks via phone, email, and LinkedIn to pitch long-term rental accounts.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with commercial clients to secure repeat rental agreements and corporate fleet service contracts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of combined experience in sales, digital marketing, or lead conversion (experience in automotive, rental, or remote service sales preferred).
Remote Setup: Dedicated quiet workspace, high-speed internet, reliable phone/headset, and familiarity with remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, VoIP systems).
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva).
Sales Skills: Proven track record of handling high-volume inbound leads and closing deals remotely via phone and digital channels.
Self-Management: Outstanding time-management skills with the ability to work independently without direct daily supervision.
