About the role
Rumanami is a restaurant, café, and hospitality destination in Jakarta Selatan that continuously innovates to deliver unique, creative, and memorable culinary experiences. We are seeking top F&B talent to join and develop attractive, viral, and high-value menus.
Two positions are available (potentially more than 2 people):
A. Chef Western Food
Develop new menus that are unique, high-quality, and have viral potential. Maintain consistency in taste, product quality, and presentation standards. Manage preparation of raw materials and production processes efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of work areas according to food safety standards. Collaborate with management team in developing F&B concepts and innovations.
B. Chef Pastry & Cake
Develop new menus that are unique, high-quality, and have viral potential. Maintain consistency in taste, product quality, and presentation standards. Manage preparation of raw materials and production processes efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of work areas according to food safety standards. Collaborate with management team in developing F&B concepts and innovations.

About you
Chef Western Food:
Strong experience in processing and presenting Western Food menus
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Chef or similar position
Preferred: D3 Culinary or related field graduate
Experience working in restaurants or cafés known for creative, trending, or viral menus
Domiciled in Jakarta Selatan or surrounding areas
High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Quick, disciplined, able to work in a team
Creative and passionate about developing new menus
Chef Pastry & Cake:
Strong experience in making Pastry, Cake, and Dessert
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Pastry Chef or similar position
Preferred: D3 Culinary or related field graduate
Experience working in restaurants or cafés known for pastry, dessert, or viral menu products
Domiciled in Jakarta Selatan or surrounding areas
High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Quick, disciplined, able to work in a team
Creative and innovative in creating new products
