Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or a similar role, preferably within power generation, utilities, manufacturing, or other industrial environments.
Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment, from workforce requirements and candidate selection through onboarding.
Experienced in planning and coordinating training and development programs, including training administration and competency-related activities.
Familiar with HRIS, employee data management, attendance systems, and HR reporting.
Good understanding of payroll administration, employee benefits, BPJS, and statutory employment requirements.
Sound knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and experience handling employee relations and HR-related legal matters.
Able to maintain accurate and confidential employee records and handle sensitive HR information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with HR information systems.
Willing to be assigned to the project site in East Java.
