Product Owner

Descriptions:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of ERP and e-Procurement applications, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, release, implementation, and post-implementation evaluation.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements and complex business processes into clear product requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and release notes.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, user needs, technical dependencies, and organizational priorities.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UI/UX, QA, business users, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.

• Coordinate system testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities to ensure successful product implementation.

• Drive product implementation initiatives, including rollout planning, user adoption, training, and post-go-live support.

• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback and data, and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.

• Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the development and implementation phases.

• Recommend feature enhancements, process improvements, and scope adjustments based on business needs, user feedback, and product performance.

• Collaborate with management on resource allocation, product priorities, and roadmap adjustments to support business objectives.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar roles.

• Proven experience in managing the end-to-end development and implementation of ERP and e-Procurement business systems.

• Strong ability to translate complex business processes into structured functional requirements, PRDs, and user stories.

• Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proven experience in managing the end-to-end software product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through development, testing, release, and post-go-live improvement.

• Experience working closely with engineering, UI/UX, QA, business users, and other stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
