Production Supervisor (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

About the role

Join PT Medifarma Laboratories' dynamic team as a Production Supervisor based in Depok, West Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the pharmaceutical production process to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirement:

• Apothecary with minimum 2 - 3 years working experiences

• Have received training and understand the Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB)

• Strong interpersonal skill and leadership capability

• Required language(s): English

• Computer literate

• Skilled and thorough in counting

• have experience on solid granulation products

• Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, equipment, and quality control standards

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges effectively

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality management systems

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the pharmaceutical production line, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality control measures

• To prepare/control product schedule and work in process product in the area

• To control/supervise implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Pactice, SOP and Halal guarantee system

• Carry out a consummation check of the product that is being made.

• Create a Work In Process list

• Resolving problems that arose during the packaging process (troubleshooting) with the Production Manager

• Create / revise the SOP used in the processing area

• Coordinating with the Engineering, QA / QC, PPIC for smooth processing
