Responsibilities:
Managing the fulfillment of long-term F&B and Non-F&B store tenants, including acquiring new tenants, monitoring operations, and administering lease agreements.
Developing F&B and Non-F&B tenant mix strategies, including maintaining updated tenant data, identifying potential tenants, preparing proposal drafts, and ensuring concepts are ready for management approval.
Supporting the acquisition of new tenants by researching potential tenants for vacant spaces, preparing lease offering documents, assisting with contract administration and unit handover processes, and monitoring the opening progress of new tenants.
Supporting tenant relationship and needs management by handling minor complaints, updating tenant administration and reports, and maintaining an accurate tenant database.
Preparing supporting periodic reports on occupancy, tenant databases, and tenant administration.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics or any related degree.
Minimum 3 years experience or more in Retail Leasing / Tenant.
Possess strong skills in Negotiation & Deal Structuring, Market & Category Analysis, and Project & Fit-Out Coordination.
Successful track record of building effective tenant within a shopping mall or retail property management environment.
Able to make a report set by management.
