Job Description:
-Setting and reviewing shifting team under him
-Monitor SLA targets from the warehouse team (LS Leader and LS)
-Build and mantain active and good relationships and networks with business partners
-Responsible for tenant/business partner assets
-Communicate actively and well with internal (other devision) and external
-Periodically evaluate the performance of the team under him
-Responsible for creating a positive work atmosphere and good the team
-Make daily, weekly and monthly reports according to company needs
-Mantain confidentially rolated to company data
Qualification:
-Male
-Min 35 years old
-Marital status: married
-Min D3
-Has 2-3 years of experience in the field
-Proficient in computer operation
-Exhibits leadership skills
-Displays a positive attitude
-Possesses strong communication skills
