About the role
This role involves coordinating the utility section to ensure continuous supply of utilities to the factory, managing WWTP/WRP operations, and overseeing maintenance schedules for utility equipment and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the utility section to ensure the continuous supply of utilities to the factory
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to keep utility equipment and infrastructure in good working order
Monitor and analyse utility usage data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Coordinate the WWTP/WRP section to achieve effectiveness and efficiency at the WWTP/WR plant
Plan and execute preventive maintenance for the WWTP/WRP and utility systems
Collaborate with other departments to ensure utility requirements are met and aligned with the overall business objectives
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
About you
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Utility Supervisor
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills
Good understanding of WWTP/WRP processes and utility machinery, both electrical and mechanical
Willing to be placed at Tangerang
