Business Analyst (IT Governance)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experienced in preparing BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document), and TSD (Technical Specification Document).
• Experienced in creating Test Scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
• Experienced in preparing and delivering project updates and presentations.
• Strong Project Stakeholder Management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in software development project in Banking industry is preferable
• Proven experience working with middleware, APIs, ETL process and data transformation tools
• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Solid understanding of web development and database programming using .NET, and MS SQL
• Familiarity with security and regulatory standard of system development for financial industry
• Excellent system impact analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with system technical documentation in English
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process and documentation.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
