Claude AI Systems & Creative Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an AI specialist with deep expertise in Claude and the Anthropic ecosystem.

This is not a basic prompt engineering position.

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining an intelligent AI environment that helps our creative, multimedia and operational teams work faster and better.

We need someone who understands how to turn Claude into a real working system: Skills, agents, integrations, structured knowledge, automations and reusable workflows.

Main Responsibilities

* Build and maintain advanced Claude Skills

* Create structured Claude Code environments

* Design clear folder structures, knowledge trees and project architectures

* Configure and maintain MCP connections and external integrations

* Connect Claude with APIs, databases and business tools

* Build reusable AI workflows for different departments

* Create specialized agents for specific tasks

* Build prompt libraries, system instructions and reusable templates

* Organize company knowledge so Claude can access the right context efficiently

* Automate repetitive internal processes

* Test and continuously improve existing AI workflows

* Document systems so other team members can easily use them

* Stay constantly updated with new Claude / Anthropic features

Creative & Multimedia Focus

A significant part of the role will focus on creative production.

You should be comfortable designing AI workflows for:

* Image generation and editing

* AI video generation

* Video editing workflows

* Graphic design

* Social media content

* Creative ideation

* Storyboards and visual concepts

* Real estate and hospitality content

* Multimedia production pipelines

* Automated content organization and classification

Experience with tools such as Adobe, Canva, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, image/video generation models or similar creative tools is highly appreciated.

Technical Skills

You should have strong hands-on experience with several of the following:

* Claude

* Claude Code

* Claude Skills

* Anthropic API

* MCP

* AI Agents

* API integrations

* Python and/or JavaScript

* JSON

* Git / GitHub

* n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms

* Databases / structured data

* AI image & video tools

You do not need to be a traditional Machine Learning researcher.

We care much more about your ability to build useful AI systems quickly and intelligently.

Applications without real examples of previous AI work will not be prioritized.

Practical Test

Selected candidates will receive a short practical assignment.

The test may include:

1. Creating a Claude Skill

2. Structuring a Claude workspace / knowledge architecture

3. Connecting Claude to an external service or tool

4. Building a small automation

5. Designing an AI-assisted creative or multimedia workflow

We are looking for someone who can build, not simply explain AI.
