? Firefly Laser & Aesthetics Boutique — Uluwatu
We are looking for motivated, communicative and detail-oriented therapists to join our growing Firefly team in Uluwatu.
You only need to have professional experience in at least one of the following areas:
Facials with manual extraction
Lymphatic drainage massage
Maderotherapy / wood therapy
Laser hair removal
Head spa treatments
If you are passionate, intelligent and willing to learn, Firefly will provide professional training to help you develop skills in our other treatments.
SALARY & EARNING OPPORTUNITIES
• Rp50,000 commission for every. client personally treated
10% commission on treatment packages personally sold
10% commission on retail products personally sold
Rp50,000 customer-recognition bonus when a genuine Google review mentions your name
Rp500,000 monthly team bonus when realistic and engaging team targets are achieved
Excellent opportunity to receive tips from international clients
Estimated total monthly earnings: Rp5,500,000–Rp10,000,000, depending on client volume, individual performance, sales, bonuses and tips. Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in at least one of the listed treatment areas
Able to communicate confidently with clients in English
Friendly, communicative and professional
Detail-oriented and committed to excellent service
Able to work positively as part of a team
Open to learning and following Firefly’s treatment standards and SOPs
Nursing qualifications are considered a strong advantage
