Job Responsibilities

Assist the Design Manager in providing end-to-end technical management support throughout the project lifecycle, covering the design phase, bidding and tendering phase, and construction phase. In addition, support the company’s standardization development and platform daily maintenance work.

Key Duties

1. Provide full-process technical support for base-type projects under the guidance of the Design Manager. Core work includes on-site construction quality tracking, professional technical review, supervision and follow-up of on-site drawing issuance, collation and provision of relevant documents for project bidding, and closed-loop follow-up of all design-related issues. Track and record on-site design changes and general contractor construction drawing deepening reviews, oversee the acceptance of on-site samples and prototypes, and verify the consistency between construction drawings and on-site actual conditions. Organize, release, update and maintain design management workflows, and cooperate with internal departments to provide required project documents and materials.

2. Sort out all project technical management documents systematically, including management workflows, supplier and manufacturer profiles, design standard documents, meeting minutes, design change notices and other relevant materials. Complete document uploading, archiving and daily maintenance on the company’s project management platform to ensure complete and standardized project data.

3. Manage and coordinate project approval workflows and the operational docking of the company’s collaborative project platform, ensure smooth progress of all online approval processes, and timely solve platform operation and process docking problems.

4. Assist the Design Manager in promoting the construction and optimization of the company’s design system, including standardized design formulation, business demand management, workflow formulation and iteration optimization, as well as the construction, upgrading and daily operation and maintenance of internal and external management platforms.

5. Undertake technical review work for weak current or electrical engineering disciplines. Review project design drawings, calculation reports and various technical documents to ensure all design contents fully comply with national industry specifications, local codes and enterprise internal standards and requirements.
