Support the end-to-end operation and implementation of SPRIX's education and assessment services.
Manage assessment creation, configuration, preparation, and maintenance within the system.
Coordinate technical and operational meetings with schools, teachers, headmasters, Dinas Pendidikan, partners, and other clients.
Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to resolve system and operational issues.
Handle and follow up on client inquiries, complaints, and operational issues until resolution.
Support examination and assessment activities, including preparation, execution, and post-assessment activities.
Maintain operational data, documentation, and issue tracking.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to internal teams and clients.
Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to processes and service quality.
Support the development and improvement of operational procedures and workflows.
