As a Barista at Tre Vietnam Bali, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience through exceptional coffee and tea service. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, restocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service to ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression. We are looking for individuals who are eager to expand their skills and contribute positively to our team. While we value experience, we welcome candidates with a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience in coffee shop operations. A strong educational background, specifically having completed secondary education (SMA/SMK), is essential. Key skills required include proficiency in tea art, latte art, and general coffee shop operations.
