About the role
We are opening an opportunity for an experienced candidate to join as a Restaurant Manager responsible for overall restaurant operations in Dili, Timor-Leste.
Key responsibilities
Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operational activities
Ensure service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant operations comply with company SOP
Manage, develop, and evaluate outlet team performance
Arrange work schedules and ensure manpower needs are met
Control inventory, food cost, waste, and raw material usage
Ensure achievement of sales targets and outlet operational targets
Handle customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
Prepare operational and sales reports regularly to Management
Coordinate with Head Office regarding operations, HR, purchasing, and other outlet needs
About you
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations, with experience as Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, or similar managerial position
Leadership capability and ability to manage and develop teams
Understanding of restaurant operation, inventory control, food cost, manpower management, and customer service
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Accustomed to working with sales targets and operational KPIs
Disciplined, responsible, with integrity and ability to work independently
Willing to be placed in Dili, Timor-Leste
Willing to enter into a 2-year employment contract
Willing to undergo a 3-month probation period
