Treasury Assistant Manager

About the role

PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking a Treasury Assistant Manager to join our Finance team in Bekasi, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the company's treasury operations and financial management objectives. As Treasury Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk mitigation strategies. This position reports to the Treasury Manager and is essential to ensuring the effective and efficient management of the organization's treasury functions.

What you'll be doing:

1. Oversee daily cash position optimization, monitor liquidity levels, and cash flow forecasts to ensure business solvency.

2. Ensure effective implementation of internal controls across treasury and receivables operations to mitigate financial risks, safeguard assets, and maintain regulatory compliance.

3. Review and evaluate financial plan strategies to support business growth.

4. Review foreign exchange (FX) transaction requirements, monitor credit facilities and investment compliance, and ensure adherence to treasury policies and financial obligations.

5. Maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, creditors, regulators, auditors, and banking partners, to support treasury and financing activities.

What we're looking for:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field

2. Minimum 8 years of relevant treasury or finance experience in a corporate environment

3. Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, financial risk management & compliance

4. Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi
