Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with technology and consumer services.
- Resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a complete understanding of our offerings.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
