Overall Project Management--Full responsibility for the overall civil construction project execution, including schedule, quality, safety, cost and site management, ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with contract specifications and local standards.

Owner & Consultant Communication--Act as the main on-site liaison with the project Owner and Supervision Consultant. Conduct daily communication, progress reporting, site inspection coordination, project meetings, and resolve on-site issues to maintain stable client relationships.

Variation, Claim & Payment Management--Responsible for handling variation orders, site visas, quantity verification, and claim documents. Prepare and submit progress payment applications and final settlement documents to ensure smooth project fund recovery.

Construction & Technical Management--Organize construction plans, supervise construction procedures, control construction quality, solve on-site technical problems, and ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications and client requirements.

Subcontractor & Supplier Management--Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers. Arrange manpower, materials and machinery reasonably to ensure construction efficiency and progress targets.

HSE & Local Compliance Management--Implement Indonesia K3 safety regulations and construction standards. Conduct site safety inspections, rectify potential hazards, and ensure full project legal compliance.

Government & External Coordination --Coordinate with local government authorities (PUPR, safety and construction departments) for permits, inspections and official audits to ensure continuous legal construction.

Progress Report & Document Control--Prepare project construction schedules, weekly/monthly progress reports, and track project deviation. Maintain complete, standardized construction records, inspection documents and project files.

Cost & Risk Control--Identify project schedule, technical and financial risks, implement preventive measures, control construction costs and material waste, and achieve project cost targets.
