Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree preferably engineering or chemical engineering.
Have a minimum of 2 years experiences as Sales for tender in SKK Migas or PLTU
Understand the aanwijzing process.
Understand the project administration preparation process.
Understand and have knowledge of LPSE, e-CATALOGUE, CIVD SKK Migas, SMART GEP, etc
Understand and have knowledge of tender and procurement processes in the government sector.
Must have a good network with related institutions.
Multitasking skill
Good reporting and on time
Good personality and attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Must have systematic work behavior and strategic thinking.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Work Responsibilities:
Monitoring tender announcement from website
Supporting Sales Manager on reviewing and identifying business opportunities.
Coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and completion prior to timely submission.
Monitoring the tender process from pre qualifications until bid tender
Expanding por?olio product at existing customer
Developing and maximizing new business opportunities
Achieving quartal sales target
