Devops Senior Staff

We are looking for a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, reverse proxy, load balancing, and firewall.

• Hands-on experience with Docker/container technologies.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.

• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible.

• Familiar with monitoring, logging, and observability.

• Basic operational knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL.

• Strong scripting skills using Bash; Python or Go is a plus.

• Experience handling production incidents and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Good understanding of infrastructure security, backup, recovery, and high availability.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Act as technical PIC for infrastructure or platform products.

• Handle troubleshoot complex production issues systematically.

• Handle design reliable and maintainable infrastructure solutions.

• Handle evaluate technical trade-offs involving performance, reliability, cost, and complexity.

• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

• Handle automate repetitive operational tasks.

• Handle as mentor junior/mid-level engineers.

• Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, Network, and other IT teams.
