PT. BUANA SANDANG INDONESIA (located in Kudus, Central Java), as we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager
Purpose of the Role
To lead and manage the full spectrum of marketing operations at PT Buana Sandang Indonesia, a garment manufacturing company, with a focus on developing B2B (business-to-business) relationships, overseeing promotional activities, securing buyer orders (local & international), and enhancing the company’s brand positioning and competitiveness in the textile and apparel supply chain.
Work Conditions
Full-time position based at PT BSI Office, may require travel to client sites, factories, or industry events.
May require extended hours to address strategic issues across business units.

Responsibilities
· Strategic Planning
Build and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies to secure orders from local and international buyers (e.g. fashion brands (Zara, H&M etc.), distributors and importers)
Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking for woven and/or knit garments.
Develop garment pricing frameworks in coordination with the costing and production teams
· Campaign Management
Design brochures, buyer decks, and marketing kits that represent PT BSI’s production strengths (e.g. capacity, certifications, QC system).
Oversee social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram), seasonal look books, and promotional videos.
· Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the marketing team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistent brand messaging and operational efficiency
Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the marketing team
· Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with production planning (PPIC), and export documentation teams to ensure timely sample delivery and production slots.
Track inquiry conversion rates, order cycles, and delivery performance for each client.
Support negotiation of MOQ, pricing, and shipment terms.
· Cost Management
Monitor budgets, analyze costs, and optimize resource usage.
Analyze production costs per unit (cost/kg yarn, cost/meter fabric) to ensure competitiveness.
· Reporting to Directors
Prepare and present marketing performance reports to the Board of Directors, including ROI analysis and strategic recommendation
Provide market insights and advice for executive-level business decision-making
Maintain CRM records and buyer history for ongoing tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field;
MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of garment product lifecycle, pricing, MOQ, and buyer documentation.
Strong, effective, and accountable negotiation and presentation skills within the context of business relations with both external and internal parties.
· Technical Skills & Competencies
1. Possesses in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, including but not limited to woven garments, casual wear, and workwear.
2. Possesses adequate understanding of international buyer expectations, including but not limited to the review of technical documents (tech packs), as well as the development and approval of product samples.
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance
4. Adaptability to changing market trends and emerging marketing technologies
5. Experience in efficient budget and resource management
6. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal, including preparing management reports and presentations to the Board
