About the role
Event & Sponsorship Section Head position within the Promotion & Activation Department at supervisor level, responsible for creative design and brand management in marketing and promotional activities.
Key responsibilities
Design creative concepts for visual materials (poster, merchandise products, video content) and provide direction to graphic designers, videographers, and photographers
Source and manage creative collaborations with external parties (vendors, freelancers, or agencies) for visual materials, design, and video production aligned with brand guidelines and JNE Express values
Understand event management workflows to align event requirements (backdrop, booth, promotional materials) designed to visual readability standards
Oversee the entire production process from start to finish (end-to-end), ensuring all creative work is executed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
About you
Minimum S1 degree in Visual Communication Design, Communication, Broadcast, or Advertising
Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Design/Creative (Branding/Creative Design)
Proven experience in manage team minimal 2 years
Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and CapCut
Experience in merchandise product development and event management understanding
Strong capability to monitoring the video production, video editing, and visual storytelling
