About the role
Provide Japanese-Indonesian-English interpretation and translation support in a professional business environment with established Japanese companies across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Japanese-Indonesian-English interpretation and translation support
- Assist communication between Japanese and local employees
- Translate documents, reports, emails, and company correspondence
- Support meetings, business discussions, and administrative activities
- Prepare and respond to business emails in a professional manner
- Perform other language-related and administrative tasks as required
About you
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- JLPT N1 or N2 certification (or equivalent proficiency)
- Strong verbal and written Japanese communication skills
- Able to communicate in English, particularly for written correspondence and email communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Capable of writing and replying to emails in a professional and structured manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work in Jakarta, Cikarang, Bekasi, or Karawang
