Recruitment Manager (Penempatan Cileungsi)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on company manpower needs.

• Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, to onboarding.

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles.

• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and recruitment costs.

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations regarding candidate suitability.

• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and as RECRUITMENT MANAGER with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple recruitment priorities.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving oriented.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals.

• Willing to be placed in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat.
