Responsibilities:
- Handling customer's complaints and giving information via Live Chat, inbound, email or sosmed
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.
- Resolves customer inquiries and prioritizes customer satisfaction by putting their needs first.
Requirements:
- Education min. D3 with min. GPA 2.75.
- Male/Female, max 35 years old.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Have a strong service mindset, multitasking and able to understand customer problems well
- Willing to work 24 shifting & Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
