Requirements Your Profile: - 3–5 years of experience as a PM in IT projects (experience in startups is a strong plus) - Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements - Solid working knowledge of Scrum - Experience managing projects with frequent shifts in priorities and pivots - Proficiency with PM tools, particularly hands-on Jira administration (not just usage) - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets and metrics - English proficiency at C1+ level (international project) - Openness to occasional business travel a few times per year (Germany or Portugal) - Daily, hands-on AI usage is a must-have, not a bonus.
