About the Role

We are seeking a versatile, high-detail Marketing & Operations Support Specialist to manage customer communications, maintain brand presence, and keep our digital platforms running smoothly. In this position, you will serve as the operational engine for our email marketing, graphic assets, and partner portal updates, while acting as a reliable point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Constant Contact Platform Management: Take full ownership of Constant Contact—setting up events, building and deploying engaging EDMs (Email Direct Mail), and leveraging advanced platform features to drive engagement.

• Graphic Design & Brand Assets: Create clean, polished, brand-aligned marketing collateral and social media graphics using Canva.

• WordPress & Partner Portal Upkeep: Perform essential WordPress updates, including adding new client profiles, managing partner portal access, and updating site content (hands-on training and video walkthroughs provided).

• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a confident, professional primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries, partner coordination, and operational communications.

• Proactive Process Improvement: Audit daily workflows to spot bottlenecks early, anticipate upcoming business needs, and recommend practical improvements before problems arise.

What We're Looking For (Required)

• Constant Contact Mastery: Extensive, hands-on experience building, scheduling, and optimizing campaigns inside Constant Contact.

• Design Skills (Canva): Strong proficiency creating eye-catching, professional marketing materials that strictly align with brand guidelines.

• Top-Tier Communication & Detail: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with a high degree of professional composure for direct client interactions.

• Self-Starter Mindset: Highly organized and proactive. You take full ownership of deliverables without waiting for step-by-step supervision.

• Schedule Availability: Able to consistently work 10 hours per week during US business hours.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience within the Travel & Tourism industry.

• Basic familiarity with WordPress or general website management content updates.

• Fast, adaptable learner who excels at picking up new software platforms through video tutorials and coaching.
