We are looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Butler to join our hospitality team across our properties in Ubud, Bali.
As a Butler, you will be the key person in creating personalized guest experiences—from welcoming guests and anticipating their needs to arranging special requests and ensuring every moment of their stay feels effortless and memorable.
? What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Friendly, polite, and well-presented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented and willing to assist guests.
- Responsible, honest, and reliable.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to handle guest requests professionally.
