Corporate Communication Head

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with media, government institutions, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead the company's public relations activities, including press releases, media briefings, interviews, and corporate announcements.
• Oversee internal communication initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational alignment.
• Ensure consistency of the company's brand identity and corporate messaging across all communication platforms.
• Manage crisis communication planning and execution while protecting the company's reputation.
• Supervise corporate events, CSR programs, sponsorships, and public engagement activities.
• Collaborate with executive management to prepare speeches, presentations, and official corporate communications.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry developments, providing strategic recommendations to management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Corporate Communication team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, or Corporate Affairs.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial position.
• Strong experience in media relations, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with executive management and cross-functional teams.
