As part of our growth, we are looking for a Junior Controller Staff to join our team and play an important role in ensuring our procurement process remains efficient, transparent, and cost-conscious.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Controller Staff to join our team. In charge of monitoring the procurement of capital expenditure (Capex) items, specifically furniture and marketing materials (e.g., signage, prints), ensuring to get the best value while maintaining strict adherence to internal controls and supporting our continued growth in a safe, transparent, and cost-efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers for furniture and marketing materials in Indonesia

• Conduct thorough price comparisons and benchmark analysis, actively comparing supplier quotes against e-commerce platforms and historical data to flag discrepancies

• Assist in building and maintaining a vetted database of approved vendors

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) from Store Managers and create Purchase Orders (PO) in a timely manner

• Ensure each PO adheres to the "4-Eyes Principle" where a supervisor reviews and approves any pricing variance

• Coordinate with suppliers, manage payment terms, and track order status to ensure on-time delivery to the correct store

• Proactively monitor market prices to ensure buying prices remain competitive

• Prepare regular cost analysis reports and identify potential cost-saving opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and supplier performance in the procurement system

• Work closely with the Cost Control team to verify that deliveries match POs and support upholding the highest standards of ethical procurement

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineer

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with ERP/Procurement software is a plus

• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to work with numbers and spot patterns

• Strong integrity with high ethical standards and commitment to transparency

• Proactive communicator comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

• Problem solver with willingness to get hands-on and solve daily operational challenges

• An interest in or understanding of the F&B industry is a bonus
