Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef OR minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
Experience in Western Cuisine is preferred.
Domiciled in Bali.
Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Able to lead and coordinate the kitchen team effectively.
Strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, presentation, and consistency.
Strategic thinking and business-oriented, with the ability to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and increase sales.
Strong commitment to delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to be assigned to other locations according to company needs.
