About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Education Teacher to join our team at Tzu Chi School PIK 1 in North Jakarta. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our internationally-recognised education program.
What you'll be doing
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students
Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning and development
Collaborate with other teachers to align curriculum and ensure a consistent educational experience
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to foster a vibrant school community
Maintain accurate student records and comply with school policies and procedures
Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in Physical Education teaching
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience teaching Physical Education in an International Curriculum school environment
Thorough understanding of the International curriculum and assessment requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents and colleagues
Ability to create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal is a must
