MarComm (Marketing Communication) & Event Specialist
(Staff Level)
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Support the design of promotional and marketing materials, as well as handle other graphic design tasks.
Collaborate with the HQ design team to manage digital marketing ads (Meta, Google) and social media planning.
Focus on the operational execution of promotional events, including managing property exhibitions and open houses.
Handle relations with vendors and event organizers.
Manage monthly event plans, timelines, and supervise on-site execution.
Handle event report administration
Proficient in general administration, including budget proposal processes and approval workflows
Requirement/s :
Education Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Communication Science, or a related field
Technical Skills:
Expertise in using AI applications (Gemini, ChatGPT, or other AI tools)
Ability to perform basic video editing using CapCut (Pro subscription provided)
Good skill in operating design software such as canva & photoshop
Ability to operating drone for taking video
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (specifically strong reading and writing skills)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing communications and event management, preferably in a property development company or similar industry
Flexibility: Willing and able to work on weekends or public holidays during event days when required
Location: Manyar, Gresik, East Java (Gresik residents will be prioritized)
