Lowongan Legal Lead (Fintech) di Konnco Studio kami kurasi dari Glints (kategori Teknologi & IT). Perhatikan lokasi kerja (Kapanewon Kasihan) sebelum melamar. Yukerja.com bukan pemberi kerja — lamaran diproses di situs sumber resmi.
Konnco Studio is building payment infrastructure for banks, payment service providers, and fintech companies in Indonesia, covering QRIS acquiring, Open API/SNAP, merchant portals, and back office systems. We are looking for our first Legal Lead to lead and build the legal function from the ground up, while also handling day to day legal work directly and leading a legal team of 2 people.
Key responsibilities
Contracts & commercial (hands on practice):
- Draft and negotiate MSA, PKS, SOW, SLA, NDA, licensing agreements, and escrow agreements with banking clients
- Lead negotiations on high risk clauses: liability limitations, indemnity, SLA penalties, audit rights, exit and transition
- Protect the company's intellectual property, separating the core platform and shared components from client specific deliverables
- Handle tender documents and vendor assessments from banking clients
- Payment system regulatory compliance:
- Serve as the main reference on Bank Indonesia regulations regarding PJP and PIP, PADG on QRIS and SNAP, ASPI standards and certification, and POJK 11/POJK.03/2022 from the technology vendor side
- Assess the regulatory implications of every product plan before commercial commitments are made, and communicate them in a form that Product and Engineering teams can act on directly
Personal data protection:
Oversee the DPO function in line with Law No. 27/2022, including classifying Controller and Processor roles per project, DPA, DPIA, and incident response procedures together with the Security team
Building the function:
- Develop contract templates with fallback negotiation positions, a legal request workflow, a signing authority matrix, and a contract obligation tracking system
- Build a quality control mechanism for legal work produced by the team
Leading the team:
Coach and review the work of a team consisting of one legal counsel (being developed toward regulatory work), one contract administrator, and one junior legal operations staff
Corporate & employment:
Corporate documents, business licensing, employment agreements, Company Regulations, and dispute handling with support from external counsel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in payment systems, fintech, banking, or technology vendors serving financial institutions
- Experience drafting and negotiating B2B technology contracts independently, not just reviewing drafts from other parties
- Direct experience with QRIS/SNAP certification or onboarding processes, and comfortable reviewing the work of other lawyers
- Active legal English and comfortable discussing technical topics with the engineering team
Nice to have: DPO or CIPP certification, experience being audited in a bank or OJK vendor assessment.
How to apply: Send your CV along with one paragraph about the toughest regulatory or contractual issue you have handled and how you resolved it.
