Position Overview

As a Project Manager, your primary focus will be the end-to-end management, steering, and successful delivery of IT projects. You will assume full ownership of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing to ensure all deliverables align with client requirements and strategic business objectives.

This role demands a delivery-oriented professional who can champion Agile frameworks, optimize resource utilization, proactively mitigate risks, and maintain peak team performance. You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards, directly impacting our clients' digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

- Sit at the client site (Sub-Customer) to understand detailed business requirements and local operational needs across the client’s markets

- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into a clear project approach and plan

- Coordinate and liaise closely with our in-house technical team and the project lead based in Hong Kong

- Support onboarding/validation activities to ensure the AI solution integrates smoothly with the client’s claim processes and document types

- Create & manage project plan covering scope, timeline, milestones, and key dependencies

- Document business requirements and agreed success criteria for the FWA detection use case

- Facilitate requirements and guidance to support implementation (including document ingestion needs)

- Updates and report progress regularly; and coordinate artifacts for cross-team alignment between the client, local stakeholders, and the Hong Kong project lead/technical team

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major (IT, Computer Science, Business, or Management-related disciplines are preferred).

* 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in IT Project Management or managing software development projects.

Technical & Professional Skills:

*Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.

*Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

*High proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, specifically Trello, Jira, or equivalent platforms.

*Strong skills in project planning, milestone tracking, timeline creation, and resource forecasting.

*Proven ability to execute project coordination across distributed or matrixed technical teams.
