Serves as the vital link between a project's design blueprints and its physical execution, overseeing the daily technical, organizational, and supervisory operations on a construction site. They are responsible for setting out structural points using surveying equipment, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations, and performing rigorous quality control inspections on materials and workmanship. Beyond technical troubleshooting, they optimize resource allocation and foster clear communication among project managers, architects, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on time, and within budget.
