Key Responsibilities

• Develop well-planned, creative, and engaging learning programs suitable for students’ developmental stages.

• Employ a variety of effective teaching strategies and educational techniques.

• Encourage and support students in reaching and exploring their full potential.

• Establish clear classroom rules and procedures to promote positive behavior and discipline.

• Foster students’ mental, social, emotional, and physical development.

• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide regular reports to parents.

• Communicate consistently with parents to support students’ learning and development.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and school leadership.

• Participate actively in school programs, events, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field (Mandatory).

• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or related professional experience.

• Previous experience in an international, SPK, or multilingual school environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Cambridge Curriculum is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of child development and student-centered learning approaches.

• Excellent communication, classroom management, and instructional skills.

• Passionate about education and working with students.

• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Fluent in Mandarin (required for Mandarin Teacher position).

• Available to join in the Academic Year 2026/2027.

• Willing to be placed in PIK 2, North Jakarta.
