What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Agroscience, Agribusiness, or any other related discipline along with strong agriculture and business background
- Fresh Graduates with internship experience are very much welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills, people/team leadership, influencing, negotiating skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Has a motorcycle along with active driving license and vehicle license (SIM C and STNK)
- Able to communicate in local language
What you will do:
- Supporting sales activities by promoting and selling agricultural products to farmers, kiosks, and dealers
- Conducting regular field visits to maintain relationships with existing customers as well as to seek new customers
- Participating in farmer meetings, product introduction activities, and promotional events
