- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis to identify business needs and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Prepare functional design documents, business process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, support system integration testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and support change management initiatives to ensure successful system adoption.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, provide recommendations, and support users during and after system go-live.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization to enhance business efficiency.
